부동산 매매를 결정하는 중요한 항목으로
시장 분위기(심리?), 수입, 금리등이 있는 걸로 알고 있고,
현재 시장 분위기는 미래를 예상 할수 없는 (거의 부정적인 분위기죠^^) 상태이고, 수입은 당연히 GDP도 줄고 있고, 실업률도 올라가는데 좋을리 없겠고, 금리는 최저로 1년째 동결이라고 해도, 대출 금리가 결코 낮은게 아니니 간과 할수 없고, 아직 시기 상조지만 출구전략 얘기와 추가적인 유럽/미국/중국의 시장경색 소문도 돌고 있으니, 현재는 홀딩이 최선의 선택이 아닐까 하네요.
매매도 잘 되지 않는데, 급매로 내놔봐야 더 손해이고,
금리도 무리 한 대출이 없다면 아직은 견딜만 하고,
수입은 실제 하위층은 팍팍 나쁜 상황을 느끼지만, 중산층 이상은 아직 바로 몸으로 느끼기 힘든것도 있으니..

하여간, 지금은 과도한 대출은 모두 상환하고, 최소한의 자기집과 현금을 늘리는게 좋다는 생각입니다. 상투로 잡은 자기집이라면 잘 생각해 봐야 겠지만요..^^
